The municipal term of Valderas, that understands two village settlement:
Valderas and Valdefuentes, with an extent of 99,6 Km2, is found
in the South-western of the León Province, in the region
called "Tierra de Campos", (Land of fields) that encompasses
part of the provinces of Palencia, Valladolid and Zamora.
The urban settelment of Valderas is 65 Kms. far from the capital:
León
Geographically the field presents a relief of hillocks and soft
oscillations that vary of 700 to 1.000 m. up to the level of the
sea.
